About this role
Identify and pursue new opportunities in commercial real estate and area development across the Netherlands. You will source potential sites through tenders, partner selection processes, and your professional network, then proactively approach property owners to negotiate acquisitions. You'll build and maintain relationships with municipalities, investors, developers, designers, and other stakeholders. From the initial concept phase through early planning stages, you'll lead design teams, shape the project vision, and determine positioning strategy.
