About this role
Join a family-owned construction and real estate company as a developer responsible for residential housing projects from concept through completion. You will identify acquisition and tender opportunities, assess project feasibility, coordinate design teams, manage quality and budgets, and build relationships with municipalities, architects, engineers, and investors. Work on large-scale Amsterdam projects including Zuiderlicht, One50, and Triplets.
