About this role
As an environmental manager for water infrastructure projects at KWS Waterbouw, you will manage stakeholder relationships and oversee environmental conditions for major water management initiatives such as dike reinforcements. You contribute to integrated solutions during the tender phase by balancing technical, ecological, and social considerations. During execution, you translate these approaches into practice, manage external risks, and identify opportunities. You map project constraints and stakeholder interests, develop feasible solutions, and present them persuasively to clients and partners including water boards, municipalities, residents, and conservation organizations.
