GitLab is seeking a New Business Account Executive to drive growth in the Nordic region. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, building relationships with enterprise clients, and contributing to GitLab's expansion in the Nordics market. This role is part of GitLab's sales organization, supporting the company's mission to enable organizations to improve developer productivity and accelerate digital transformation.

What you'll likely bring

  • Sales experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments
  • Ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of DevSecOps or software development tools (preferred)
  • Track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets
