Network Engineer

This role will have a major impact on the business and you will be expected to know and understand our business in order to contribute to the organization’s core strategies by constantly looking for areas to improve and develop.  IMC’s Network Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting all low-latency connectivity to trading venues, DC, Enterprise and Backbone networks. They work closely with our Software and Systems Engineers, other teams and external parties to provide best in class infrastructure solutions supporting our trading business. Your Core Responsibilities:  Design, implement and support the APAC's networking infrastructure. Key areas of expertise include Networking Fundamentals, Low-latency networking, Unicast and Multicast routing, BGP, PIM SM, PTP, concepts of QoS, NAT and protocol tuning. Monitor, guard and analyze the proper functioning of our network infrastructure. Take adaptive, retentive and corrective measures and perform structural maintenance. Proactively improve our infrastructure by contributing scripts and code to our automation efforts (e.g. Bash, Python). Accurately create and maintain documentation detailing the implemented networking solutions, relevant procedures, and operational guidelines. Responsibility for our IT
