Join Datadog's Mid-Market Sales team to drive new customer acquisition across Central and Eastern Europe and Nordic regions. You will manage the complete sales cycle for mid-to-large organizations, from prospecting through closing, working with technical decision-makers and multiple stakeholders. The role involves converting inbound leads, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to communicate Datadog's value proposition.

What you'll likely bring

  • Experience in net-new logo acquisition and full sales cycle management
  • Ability to prospect and engage with C-level executives and technical leaders (CTOs, engineering managers, SREs, DevOps professionals)
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Sales Navigator and DiscoverOrg
  • Capability to navigate complex organizational structures and multi-thread across departments
  • Strong communication skills to articulate product value and conduct technical demonstrations
  • Collaborative approach to working with Sales Development Representatives and internal stakeholders
  • Passion for technology
