As a Medior UX Designer , you will work on Ons Agenda , an important part of the Ons® Suite . This solution helps healthcare organizations plan and organize care more efficiently. Your role is to translate complex logistical processes into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences that support healthcare professionals every day. Within your domain, you will take ownership of the entire UX process. You will research user needs, translate insights into thoughtful interaction designs, and guide solutions from concept through implementation.
