About this role
Sweco Architects' Area Development business unit seeks an experienced area economist to work on integrated spatial projects across the Netherlands. You will collaborate with project managers, urban planners, landscape architects, and engineers on urban development initiatives, including new urban areas and transformation of existing neighborhoods. The role involves providing financial strategy and economic analysis to ensure projects are financially viable and feasible, working with both government and private sector clients.
