Sweco Architects seeks an experienced archaeologist to join their team as a mid-level to senior advisor. You will lead archaeological fieldwork independently, prepare KNA-compliant documentation (specifications, evaluation and final reports), and provide evidence-based recommendations to clients while balancing competing interests. Responsibilities include conducting excavations, managing their documentation, serving as the primary contact for clients and authorities, and collaborating with senior archaeologists and specialists to produce clear, high-quality reports. You will work both in the field and office, sharing knowledge with colleagues across multiple office locations.
