About this role
Join the robotics team as a Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and improve innovative robotic solutions. You will translate concepts into practical designs using CAD software, create technical drawings and specifications, conduct engineering analyses, and oversee prototypes from conception through testing and optimization. Work collaboratively with product owners and team leads to develop solutions that are manufacturable, reliable, and sustainable.
What you'll likely bring
- Proficiency with CAD software (Inventor, SolidWorks, or Creo)
- Ability to generate technical drawings and production specifications
- Experience with or knowledge of engineering analyses (FEA, strength, thermal, or motion analysis)
- Capability to design and model mechanical components and assemblies
- Experience building and testing prototypes
- Problem-solving skills with ability to propose multiple solution approaches
- Understanding of material selection and manufacturing feasibility
