Mbo-talentprogramma - Civiele techniek/Infra

A two-year talent development program for MBO-level graduates in civil engineering and infrastructure. Participants rotate through four six-month placements across different departments within Dura Vermeer Infra, gaining hands-on experience in roles such as site supervisor, work planner, cost estimator, and designer. You choose your rotation path and can either specialize or broaden your expertise. The final rotation can be completed at a different division by mutual agreement. Each six-month period concludes with training, including a final module on personal effectiveness.
