MBA Intern - AI Ops Transformation

We are looking for a forward-thinking MBA intern to join our Operations leadership team for the summer. This isn't a traditional "keep the lights on" ops role.We are using this as a pivotal moment to experiment: What happens when you apply a technical, agentic mindset to a mature Operations organization? You will report directly to the Head of Embedded Finance and act as a technical strategist, auditing our current workflows and designing the future state of our "Ops Engine" using AI and automation. A day in the life (Responsibilities)  Operational Audit & Gap Analysis: Partner with the existing leadership team to identify inefficiencies in current workflows, capacity planning models, and performance measurement frameworks. AI Transformation Roadmap: Evaluate and propose how Agentic Protocols can be integrated into daily operations. Can we build "Ops Agents" to handle routine tasks? Where can LLM-based tools bridge the gap in our current tech stack? Workflow Automation: Design and potentially prototype automated solutions to help the team meet and exceed SLAs more efficiently.
