About this role
Lead marketing automation projects across email, SMS, push notifications, and landing pages, while handling broader technical challenges such as CRM implementations and CDP initiatives. Work with diverse clients using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Manager, and Selligent. Design and implement custom automation solutions, configure integrations between systems, translate business objectives into technical requirements, mentor team members, and stay current with emerging marketing automation capabilities.
What you'll likely bring
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Manager, or Selligent)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, or similar
- Ability to design and implement marketing automation solutions
- Experience configuring APIs, connectors, and middleware integrations
- Strong communication skills to translate business goals into technical solutions
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and emerging trends
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience providing technical guidance and mentoring
