Maritime Senior Partner Relationship Manager Ebury London - office based  We are looking for a senior team member under our Partnerships vertical based in our London office, who is already familiar with FX transactions, has a strong customer service mindset, and can manage high volumes of payment requests to our Shipping Intermediary Clients across the globe.  What you’ll do  Service a portfolio of partners and their clients through a range of different products, including APIs, FX and international payments. Execution of FX trades with multiple liquidity providers, using various different trading platforms. Handle a high volume of incoming requests via phone and email tickets from the partner. Gain an in-depth understanding of the processes within all departments including screening, operations, reconciliation, compliance, treasury and tech Build and maintain strong relationships with both our Maritime partners and our internal departments.
