About this role
Lead the factory operations at AME, an electronics manufacturing company in Eindhoven. Oversee approximately 80 employees across Electronics Manufacturing, System Assembly, and Mechanical Manufacturing (plastics injection moulding) through 4 Production Managers. Manage performance across safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency in a low-volume, high-mix production environment. Report to the Operations Manager and participate in the Operations Management Team.
