About this role
IG&H is seeking a Manager for Pension Consulting to lead transformation initiatives in the Dutch pension sector. You will advise pension funds, insurers, and other financial organizations on strategic repositioning, digitalization, customer service redesign, and data/AI integration in response to the new Pension Future Act (Wtp). The role involves working on diverse consulting projects that shape how organizations adapt to regulatory changes and modernize their operations to serve over 10 million Dutch pension participants.
