You will serve as both a people leader and technical escalation owner, ensuring effective resolution of software-related field issues while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction, tool performance, and service quality. You will work closely with local customers, global software engineering teams, QA, field service, process, and other cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution, software deployment, continuous improvement, and team capability development.   What You Will Be Working On Tea
