About this role
Join the Organizational Excellence & Transformation team to guide organizations through Agile transformations. You will lead large-scale transformation initiatives, assess current organizational challenges, design and implement modern operating models, and serve as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or consultant. The role involves working with leading organizations to optimize their processes, collaboration, and technology integration using Agile and Lean methodologies, with a focus on DevOps and IT organizational expertise.
What you'll likely bring
- Experience guiding large-scale Agile transformation projects
- Ability to assess organizational situations, identify bottlenecks, and recognize growth opportunities
- Expertise as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, consultant, or Release Train Engineer
- Knowledge of operating model design and implementation
- Understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and value stream optimization
- Background in change management, Lean, and Agile methodologies
- DevOps expertise and knowledge of IT organizations
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
