Manager II, Technical Enablement Management

We are Datadog's in-house product experts. The Technical Enablement Management (TEM) team empowers customers through technical training sessions, ensuring they maximize the value of Datadog. We combine deep technical knowledge with a consultative approach, demonstrating best practices and tailoring training to specific use cases. As a Manager on this team, you will play a critical role in strengthening our relationships with Sales and Customer Success teams across APJ, developing and coaching the Technical Enablement Managers (TEMs) who report to you, and evolving our enablement programs to better support customer adoption and success. You will lead a distributed team of Technical Enablement Managers covering markets across Asia and ANZ. Manager 2 leaders at Datadog are people-first managers, trusted collaborators, and operational owners. In APJ you will also be the most senior enablement voice in the region, so you will spend as much time building awareness and credibility with Sales and Customer Success as you do managing delivery.
