About this role
Join the esports trading team as a Live Trader specializing in MOBA games like Dota 2 and League of Legends. You will manage live markets in real time using proprietary models, adjusting probabilities based on in-game events and game knowledge. The role requires setting market odds independently, identifying and correcting underperforming pricing models, and maintaining high market uptime (95%+) during top-tier events. You'll make real-time trading decisions in a fast-paced environment and help refine the team's trading strategies.
