Gebr. Van Kessel STEP seeks enthusiastic craftspeople to join their team as specialists or apprentices in joint transitions and wear layers. Based in Tilburg, you will work on projects across the Netherlands involving the installation of expansion joints on bridges and structures, application of protective coatings on bridge decks and tunnels, and related specialized finishing work. Daily tasks include mixing and applying cement-based and polymer mortels, handling bituminous products, formwork carpentry, and sealant work. The role offers hands-on training from experienced professionals in this specialized trade.
