Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to lead strategic hiring initiatives across our Japan organization. This role is an individual contributing role, pivotal in building talent pipelines, enhancing our employer brand, and delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to drive the full recruitment life cycle, from intake to onboarding. Source and attract top-tier talent across all levels—including permanent, contract, internship, and especially new college graduates (NCGs).
