About this role
Lead AI Engineer role at iO Campus Eindhoven, responsible for building production-grade AI solutions for major clients across various sectors. You will spend approximately three days per week developing AI solutions alongside Applied AI Engineers and Back-end Engineers while maintaining direct client contact. The remaining time focuses on strategic work: exploring new opportunities, designing architectures, and advancing the AI engineering practice. You will mentor colleagues, guide technical decisions, and help grow iO's AI Engineering Competence Center into one of the Netherlands' strongest AI teams. Work involves both hands-on development and client-facing leadership.
