Databricks is hiring a Lakebase Sales Specialist to drive adoption of Lakebase, their managed Postgres database service, within a defined territory. You will work alongside Account Executives to identify and qualify customers, help them modernize their operational data infrastructure, and expand Lakebase usage across platform teams, developers, data teams, and IT departments. The role focuses on demonstrating how Lakebase enables faster feature delivery, simplified data architectures, and improved governance for AI-native and intelligent applications.
What you'll likely bring
- Ability to identify, qualify, and drive Lakebase activations and consumption within a defined sales territory
- Experience partnering with Account Executives and cross-functional account teams
- Capability to articulate value propositions to multiple personas: platform teams, developers, data teams, and central IT
