About this role
As a cost estimation specialist, you will develop and justify comprehensive cost budgets for infrastructure projects and tenders. You oversee the entire process from design decisions and execution methodology to contractual terms and market approach. Beyond pricing, you assess projects for feasibility, executability, opportunities, and risks. You serve as a strategic advisor to internal and external stakeholders, working with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. In this senior role, you drive process improvements and mentor junior estimators. You engage in complex problem-solving and strategic thinking, influencing project decisions and tender strategies.
