Provide customer service in German for Coolblue, handling inbound calls and inquiries without scripts. Listen carefully, ask relevant questions, and find appropriate solutions for customers. Work flexibly from home, available Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 23:59. Receive support and training to develop your skills in the role.
