About this role
Join Aveco de Bondt as a Junior Project Manager in construction and real estate. You will work alongside experienced project managers on diverse building projects, ranging from residential to complex commercial developments. The role involves supporting senior managers in coordinating construction projects, managing different trades, ensuring project quality and timelines, chairing project meetings, and gradually taking on independent responsibility for smaller projects. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle: design guidance, execution, site management, and oversight.
