Join Aveco de Bondt as a Junior Project Leader for Structural Engineering, overseeing structural design projects from conception through completion. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and quality while coordinating between internal teams and external stakeholders including engineers, architects, and clients. The role involves leading the design process for structural systems across residential, high-rise, and complex renovation projects. You will handle 5–10 concurrent projects and grow into a full project leadership position within your first year, supported by an experienced team in a collaborative environment.
What you'll likely bring
- Completed HBO or WO degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a structural engineer, preferably in building construction
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure
- Capable of distinguishing priorities from secondary matters
- Fluent in Dutch
