About this role
Join Aveco de Bondt as a Junior Engineer in building systems design. You'll work alongside experienced advisors on diverse projects ranging from commercial buildings to complex high-rise developments and renovations. Over approximately one year, you'll develop from a guided role into an independent advisor position. Your work includes designing building installations across project phases, performing thermal and ventilation calculations, creating system schemas, designing pipe routes and installation spaces, and modeling in Revit or AutoCAD. You'll support project execution and participate in construction meetings.
What you'll likely bring
- MBO-level qualification in building systems installation or related field (or equivalent study completion)
- Motivation and eagerness to learn are prioritized over prior experience
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency or willingness to learn Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Capability to perform thermal loss, cooling load, and ventilation calculations
