About this role
Join ISM as a Junior CRO Consultant to help clients increase conversion rates and improve user experience on their e-commerce sites through data-driven analysis. You will analyze visitor behavior across multiple data sources, develop optimization strategies, design and run A/B tests, and present findings to clients. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, working on different client projects where no two days are the same.
