About this role
Join Centric as an IT Risk & Compliance Officer, playing a key role in ensuring that service delivery to financial clients meets strict regulatory requirements such as DORA and EBA. You will oversee risk and compliance status, conduct risk discussions with clients, collaborate closely with Security and Audit teams, monitor control effectiveness, guide both external and internal audits, track audit findings, and help IT teams adhere to established processes and controls.
What you'll likely bring
- Experience in IT service delivery and outsourcing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to see the bigger picture
- Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements (DORA, EBA)
- Experience with audit frameworks (SOC 2 Type II, ISAE 3402/3000, ISO 27001:2022)
- Ability to manage risk and compliance status across service offerings
- Experience conducting and supporting audits
- Capability to work cross-functionally with Security, Audit, Risk & Compliance teams
