That's where you come in.  This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, IoT, and data-driven problem solving . Your primary focus is not building dashboards or maintaining data pipelines, nor developing product features in isolation. Instead, you use data to identify reliability risks, understand operational issues, investigate patterns, and drive improvements across our EMS platform.  One day you might analyse telemetry from hundreds of battery systems to identify the root cause of recurring incidents. Another day you could be implementing a software fix in the EMS codebase, improving communication with connected devices, or reviewing code written by colleagues.
