Investment Funds Intern

For our Luxembourg office we are looking for an intern to support our Funds team for a period of 6 months . AKD is a highly reputable top-tier Benelux law firm. In your role as an intern, you will have the opportunity to get an overview of the practice of a Luxembourg fund lawyer, work with a team of lawyers comprising different levels of experience  and will support the funds team in the broadest sense: Perform legal and regulatory researches and analyses; Draft and review fund documentation, incl. constituting documents, offering memoranda, corporate decisions, etc. Collaborate with the team on various ad-hoc projects and assignments AKD offers you the best environment to develop your knowledge acquired during your studies and your talents. Requirements: You have graduated from University or Law school, nearing the end of your Masters or LL.M, You are curious to get an understanding of the day-to-day job of a fund lawyer, You are available for at least six
