About the team The Investigations team is part of Stripe's Global Financial Crimes Compliance and Risk Oversight ("FinCRO") function and is responsible for conducting investigations across a range of financial crime risk areas which include significant fraud, money laundering, and insider risk investigations. We operate at the intersection of financial crime intelligence, complex investigations, and supportability — and we work closely with law enforcement, NGOs, and industry coalitions to strengthen defenses against the actors threatening the integrity of the financial system.
