About this role
Join ON2IT's Inside Sales Team to support the cybersecurity sector. You will serve as a liaison between customer inquiries and solutions, working with sales managers to serve both public sector organizations (hospitals, municipalities) and commercial clients. Responsibilities include developing outreach strategies for new business acquisition, preparing and processing quotations, managing customer relationships, handling contract renewals, and maintaining regular customer contact. You will work closely with colleagues to exceed customer expectations and keep sales managers informed of activities.
What you'll likely bring
- Fluent in Dutch (speaking, writing, and reading required)
- Passion for identifying and delivering customer solutions
