About this role
Lead innovation strategy for AI, technology, and data initiatives at aaff, a professional services firm. You will identify emerging AI capabilities—generative, agentic, and data-driven—and translate them into business value for clients, service delivery, and internal operations. Work with leadership to shape the company's AI agenda, develop strategic roadmaps, and accelerate organizational transformation. Act as a strategic advisor to the board and management on innovation priorities and investment decisions.
