About this role
Join ON2IT, a cybersecurity scale-up, as an Information Security & Privacy Officer to build and lead the company's security and privacy function. You will translate security policies into practical implementation, embed security and privacy by design across the organization, manage risk visibility, handle incidents, prepare for audits, and drive awareness initiatives. You'll also serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them improve their security maturity through assessments and strategic guidance. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a forward-thinking environment.
What you'll likely bring
- Ability to translate security and privacy policies into practical daily operations
- Experience with security by design and privacy by design principles
- Capability to identify and communicate risks and data processing activities
- Experience managing security incidents and building organizational resilience
- Audit preparation and compliance management experience
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
