In this role, you will support Thermal Atomic Layer Deposition (tALD), Plasma-Enhanced Atomic Layer Deposition (PEALD), or Low-Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition (LPCVD) on ASM’s XP8 DCM/QCM or Sonora platforms. You will optimize deposition processes, resolve technical issues, and ensure tool performance meets customer and ASM requirements.
