About this role
Lead HubSpot implementation projects for enterprise clients from initial consultation through go-live and beyond. You will manage end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, design customer journeys, configure complex automations, and optimize pipeline management. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, training users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring projects stay on track. You'll work with clients across marketing and IT functions to deliver measurable business outcomes. The role offers opportunities to expand expertise into adjacent areas such as Revenue Operations, Customer Data Platforms, and AI-driven personalization.
