Our team is responsible for managing employee experience across the employment lifecycle, acting as an advisor to managers and employees. People Partners are the link between Ebury’s strategic plan and day to day people operations. What you’ll do Working in partnership with the country manager, line managers and senior leaders along with our colleagues across the HR team, you’ll be responsible for providing advice, coaching and support to managers and employees, looking for opportunities to improve employee experience and retention.
