HR Operations Associate

We’re seeking an enthusiastic HR Operations Associate who is driven to make an impact in the workplace every day and who will provide a stellar employee experience for IMCers.  The Human Resources Operations Associate is responsible for all HR Operations to support the business and broader Human Resources team. What they have in common is their superior technical expertise, their extraordinary smarts, their collaborative approach and our HR team pride themselves on having that same mindset.   Your Core Responsibilities:  Build and maintain HR operations efficiency; define and follow processes and initiatives which will enhance our performance driven organisation particularly around quality, delivery and cost optimization  Have accountability for maintenance of all stages of the employment life cycle, including drafting contracts, employment letters, new hire orientation and onboarding, staff movements, staff relocation assistance, terminations etc. Maintaining accurate data in Workday, payroll systems, and all related tools associated with HR Review and suggest updates to HR policies - striving for best practice and always aligning with any applicable legislation changes  Own Global mobility for India and oversee smooth onboarding/ off-boarding of emp
