Job Description As our HR Officer - BeCool, you will proactively manage the entire employee lifecycle for Be Cool's East Coast (NSW, ACT) distribution centre and blue-collar workforce. You will act as a vital liaison between the business and external staffing agencies, ensuring smooth daily operations, attendance & compliance, and employee relations.  This is an excellent stepping stone offering a direct pathway into an HR Advisory path as our structure grows —perfect for a resilient, patient, and systems-savvy team player ready to make their mark in a vibrant, high-volume environment ! This is a fully onsite role based at Eastern Creek 5 days a week, requiring a valid driver’s license, reliable personal transport, and the flexibility for a 6:00 AM start on Mondays. Administer accurate and timely payroll preparation through daily timesheet management and ADP reconciliation. Track attendance and leave information in ADP.
