About this role
Lead construction supervisor responsible for managing residential, transformation, and commercial renovation projects in the Rotterdam region. You oversee daily site operations, coordinate multiple parties, ensure workplace safety, manage project documentation, and lead your team to deliver quality work on schedule. On larger projects, you work alongside the project manager as a section lead. You balance client satisfaction with resident concerns throughout the renovation process.
