Sweco Architects seeks a Lead Structural Engineer to join their Infrastructure Structures team. You will work on diverse infrastructure projects involving concrete and steel structures, from renovation and replacement of existing works to design and realization of new constructions. The role involves technical leadership, coaching team members, and contributing to complex projects across various phases for multiple clients. You will collaborate across Sweco's multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions for sustainable infrastructure.
