About this role
Lunet Zorg seeks a Head of Treatment to lead a multidisciplinary care team within their EVB (Severe Intellectual Disability) pathway. You will provide functional leadership, coach and mentor staff in daily operations, support their professional development, and foster personal responsibility and accountability. The role bridges policy and practice, emphasizes quality management, and contributes to clinical innovation. Lunet is the largest care provider in the Southeast Brabant region, serving children and young adults with intellectual disabilities across residential parks in Eindhoven and Duizel, as well as community and home-based care.
