Our internship programme in Amsterdam is your chance to experience life as an engineer at IMC. As a Hardware Engineer Intern, it’s about much more than just writing code: you’ll gain insight into IMC’s field-programmable gate array (FPGA) development process, get to know IMC’s unique business model and build valuable connections with our trading and technology teams. Throughout the internship, you will receive comprehensive support from dedicated internship trainers, and a one-on-one mentor to guide you in your work and professional development. Where you go from here is up to you!   YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Enhance your knowledge of FPGAs by working with the latest technology and writing fluent code Take part in regular pair programming and peer reviews Be an integral part of your team by helping to identify, implement and validate changes to IMC’s hardware Attend workshops, trainings, and other fun social activities alongside the full internship cohort   YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES  In your penultimate year of study in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering degree or a related field, graduating in 2028 Familiarity with a hardware descriptive language (VHDL, Verilog or SystemVerilog).
