Join Stripe's Go-to-Market Operations team as a GTM Operations Process Architect. You'll design and optimize the processes, systems, and automation that manage territory assignments, account placement, and business adjustments across the organization. The role involves building foundational tooling and processes for annual planning cycles, ensuring timely delivery of budgets, territories, targets, and compensation plans to the GTM organization, and managing large-scale account and territory adjustments. You'll work at the intersection of corporate planning, GTM strategy, and regional operations, supporting workflows that handle over 10,000 account movements monthly.
