Purpose of the Role We are looking for a Growth Manager to join the Proton Pass growth team, reporting to the Growth lead. You will support the execution of Pass's growth strategy across both product-led growth (PLG) and marketing, helping drive activation, conversion, and adoption for our password manager consumer and business offering. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build execution experience across the full growth stack, from in-product experimentation to campaign delivery.
