We're hiring a Product Lead to lead the evolution of our identity and evidence platform powering both CLEAR Travel and CLEAR1 . This role is responsible for evolving the systems that establish, maintain, and leverage high-integrity identity across consumer and enterprise experiences—enabling seamless, secure interactions wherever CLEAR operates. What You’ll Do: Own the Identity Verification Platform Lead the strategy and roadmap for CLEAR’s identity and evidence platform across consumer (CLEAR+) and enterprise (CLEAR1) products Build reusable proofing, verification, and evidence services that power all CLEAR surfaces (mobile, web, airport, partner integrations) Advance Identity Assurance & Evidence Systems Expand and optimize source verification to improve assurance, reduce cost, and increase coverage Define how identity is established (proofing) vs. continuously evaluated (signals), and evolve both layers over time Drive alignment with National Institute of Standards and Technology frameworks (e.g., IAL2/IAL3) while maintaining flexibility f
