This role demands a rare combination of strategic vision, technical depth, and people leadership — someone who can build from the ground up, set the standard for quality and culture, and act as the senior Analytics presence in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate is a proven leader in data and digital marketing analytics who thrives in ambiguous, high-growth environments. They will be responsible for hiring and developing a talented team, ensuring delivery excellence, and shaping the regional analytics pra
